Welcome to Game The Market. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and participation in our coaching and consulting programs, including the 90-Day Growth System. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Game The Market provides strategic marketing consulting and coaching for indie game developers. We provide frameworks, guidance, and systems to help you market your game. We do not perform "done-for-you" marketing agency services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Application and Acceptance

Applying for the 90-Day Growth System does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline applications at our sole discretion if we determine your game or studio is not a good fit for the program.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our coaching programs will be clearly stated during the enrollment process. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the program.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for the 90-Day Growth System. If you actively participate in the program, implement the strategies provided, and are not satisfied with the quality of the coaching within the first 30 days, you may request a refund. We reserve the right to request proof of implementation before granting a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, documents, templates, and materials provided by Game The Market (including "The Indie Market Engine" methodology) are our proprietary intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own game studio. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our proprietary materials without our written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Our coaching is advisory. The implementation and execution of the strategies discussed are entirely your responsibility. Game The Market is not liable for your game's commercial performance, revenue, or failure to achieve specific wishlist or sales targets.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
