However, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results, earn money, or generate specific numbers of wishlists or sales with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies.

Your results are strictly your own. The commercial success of any video game depends on numerous factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: the quality of the game itself, the specific genre and market saturation, your level of effort, your budget, your timeline, and your ability to execute the strategies provided.

2. Implementation Responsibility

Our coaching programs, including the 90-Day Growth System, are advisory in nature. We provide the map, but you must drive the vehicle. Game The Market does not implement marketing campaigns on your behalf unless specifically contracted to do so. The responsibility for executing the strategies and doing the work rests entirely with you and your team.
